Mera Peak 6470m Climbing Expedition
Mera Peak 6470m Climbing is for witness of unparalleled stunning panoramic views of the eight-thousanders including: Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu and Kanchenjanga and also for super entry into the Himalaya. It is the tallest trekking peak and also technically easy climbing than others peaks in Nepal Himalaya.
Follow Safe acclimatization rules because you quickly push to Mera Peak ascending from Lukla (Airstrip). If you do not have prior experience of high altitude, we advise you make trip zig to Everest Base Camp and Zag to Mera Base Camp via Zatrwa La 4610m and Mera La 5415m high passes. We set up tent at High Camp 5800m, before taking on the final push for the Mera summit. You are crossing the Mera glacier and then, final ascent 30 meters of 60 degree of snow dome using fixed rope, jumar and carry an ice axe etc. It requires a good level of fitness on high altitude rather than technical climbing skills.
