Manaslu Circuit Trek
Manaslu Circuit Trek begins with a bus ride from Kathmandu to Arughat Bazzar. Traveling alongside the Buri Gandaki River and high alpine valley, you will reach Tibetan villages – Lho 3100m and Sama 3500m high.
These Tibetan villages are famous for their monasteries, that are one of the major attractions for tourists. Along the way, you will experience a steeper ascent to Larkya La 5160m. This point is best known for its stunning views of Mt. Manaslu I (8163m) – the eight highest mountain peak in the world.
Apart from Mt. Manaslu you will also get a breathtaking views of Manaslu North, the Ganesh Himal and Annapurna ranges. After crossing Larkya La, you will reach Dharpani (Annapurna region). The trek ends at Shree Chaur/Besishar.
Trekking in Manaslu was opened in 1992 for trekkers that were interested in experiencing the rich cultural heritage, unsurpassed beauty, and biological diversity. This is still less crowd trek due to special trekking permit have to arrange thru a registered Trekking company and also hire trek guide. This trek reminds old Annapurna Circuit Trek now a day.
