Trip Booking Terms and Conditions

These are the Trip Booking Terms and Conditions and essential information from High Camp Trekking. Please read and understand them. Your trip booking and payment with us are legal.

1. Our rates are in US dollars (we accept Nepali or other countries’ currency equivalent of our USD rates on the client’s request).
2. To confirm your trip with us, we require a non-refundable booking advance of US$200 per person for a short trip and US$1000 per person for a long journey. You can transfer the booking in advance via the bank. Please pay any amount charged to you by your bank for transferring the booking advance to us. The trip balance can be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu.
3. Our goal is to make your trip to Nepal pleasant. If unexpected circumstances, such as a flight delay or cancellation due to weather or Airlines, a landslide, snow, or political unrest, occur at your destination, we will offer you an alternative trip. If any extra expenses are required due to a situation outside our control, they will be your responsibility.
4. If weather conditions are challenging, group members are sick or injured, or something else occurs, we reserve the right to change the route to make it safe.
5. In case Helicopter rescue needed due to serious high altitude sickness or accident, the Insurance Company of you does not bear the expenses, you have to bear the cost of the emergency evacuation. We advise you to get comprehensive travel insurance covering helicopter rescue evacuation, medical treatment, and property loss during the trip.
6. Our trekking staff is insured and provides warm enough equipment.
7. We guarantee that our staff will not harm your belongings. However, we can’t be held responsible for any unfortunate loss of your property during the trip.
8. If you leave the trip, whatever the reason, once the journey begins, no refund will be given for an incomplete trip.
