Rolwaling Valley trek gives you the opportunity to stay and witness and learn more about the rich Tamang and Sherpa culture. Rowaling trek is purely based in camping services. It includes two famous peaks of Ramdung (5925 m) and Parchemo (6187 m). While trekking through valleys of Rolwaling you will go through the beautiful farmland of Bhote Kosi and Sun Kosi valleys, the glacial lakes of upper Rolwling, the alpine valley and the most popular Everest region.

The snow fed glacial lake of Tsho-Rolpo Lake will give you a unique experience in this pristine valley of Rolwaling.

Our Rolwaling trek begins with a scenic Katmandu – Lhasa highway drive to the ancient trading town of Dolakha. We will trek through the dense, gloomy primitive forests and broad ridge backed with wonderful views of surrounding mountain peaks like Tengi Ragi Tau (6943 m), Bisphero Go Shar (6729 m), Dragkar Go (6793 m). The Rolwaling trek leads through one of most remote, beautiful and unexplored parts of Nepal in Sherpa, Tamang and Chettri villages.

You will adventure over dizzy suspension bridges, impressive gorges and steep paths. You will hear romantic stories about Yeti (snowman). This valley is enriched with both Hindu and Buddhist Mythology.

Day 6: To Bigu Gompa (Visit Monastery).

Day 10: To Simi Gaon.

Day 12: To Beding.

Day 14: A day hiking to Tso Rolpa (Lake).

4) Trekkers Information Management System (TIMS) card (Trekking permit).

6) Teahouse meals for client: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with tea or coffee during the trekking days.
7) Accommodation during the trekking days.
8) Nepali Staffs: An experience trek guide and necessary porter.
9) Three times meals and daily salary for guide and porter.

Cost does not include :
1) Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu.

4) Personal Insurance of clients such as medical and emergency evacuation (helicopter rescue USD8000-10000) etc.
5) Expenses for personal nature: Hot showers, laundry, donations, museum entry fee, movie/film watching, postage, telephone calls and email/Internet etc.
6) Attach bath room during the trekking days. If the clients want attach bathroom where is possible, there have to pay differences between common and attach bathroom.
7) Tips for guide and porter.
8) Sightseeing in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Patan etc. (City tour guide and transportation can arrange on request of clients).
